01. PLC intelligent control
The independent LCD screen can more clearly and comprehensively see the operation process of the machine,real-time monitoring, real-time adjustment and more accurate.
02.Adhesive tape
Apply glue by heating the glue pot and applying glue with imported scientific and technological structure,so that the glue plate and edge banding strip can be evenly applied,and the edge banding belt and plate can be pressed tightly through the pressing wheel to bond firmly.
03.Front and back flush
Through professional linear guide rail movement, the profiling automatic following and high-frequency high-speed motor fast cutting structure are adopted to ensure that the cutting section is flat and smooth.
04. Rough trimming device
Adopt the structure of automatic tracing and high-frequency high-speed motor to repair the upper and lower redundant parts of the edge banding belt.
05.Fine trimming device

06.Corner trimming device
