01.PLC intelligent control
The independent LCD screen can more clearly and comprehensively see the operation process of the machine, real-time monitoring,real-time adjustment and more accurate.
02. Edge sealing gluing device
The gluing device heats the sol through the glue pot and sends the glue with spiral structure. The gluing is fast, uniform and firm.
03. Edge pressing device
The spiral structure sends glue, and the edge sealing strip and the plate are pressed by the pressing wheel, so the adhesion is more firm.
04.Front and back flush
Through professional linear guide rail movement, the profiling automatic following and high-frequency high-speed motor fast cutting structure are adopted to ensure that the cutting section is flat and smooth.
05.Finishing device
