Detailed function introduction
01. PLC intelligent control
The independent LCD screen can more clearly and comprehensively see the operation process of the machine, real-time monitoring, real-time adjustment and more accurate.
02.Edge sealing and gluing device
Glue is applied by heating the glue tank and using imported scientific and technological structure to make the glue plate and edge band evenly coated. The edge band and plate are pressed by the pressing wheel and firmly bonded.
03.Front and back flush
Through professional linear guide rail movement, the profiling automatic following and high-frequency high-speed motor fast cutting structure are adopted to ensure that the cutting section is flat and smooth.
04.Finishing device
Repair the upper and lower redundant parts of the edge banding belt of the processed plate, and adopt the structure of automatic follow-up of the profiling and high-frequency high-speed motor to ensure that the upper and lower parts of the edge trimming plate are flat and smooth.
05.Scraping and polishing device
It is used to remove the ripple marks caused by trimming non-linear motion cutting process,so as to make the upper and lower parts of the plate more smooth and tidy.Then use a cotton polishing wheel to clean the processed plate,remove the excess glue, and polish to make the edge sealing end more smooth.
06.Conveying motor
