Detailed function introduction

01.Control panel

PLC microcomputer control system, as well as touch screen, intelligent control, convenient and fast.

02.Pre milling device

Using double milling cutter to modify the phenomenon of mark and burr has achieved better edge sealing effect.

03.Adhesive tape

Apply glue by heating the glue pot and applying glue with imported scientific and technological structure, so that the glue plate and edge banding strip can be evenly applied, and the edge banding belt and plate can be pressed tightly through the pressing wheel to bond firmly.

04.Front and back flush

Through professional linear guide rail movement, the profiling automatic following and high-frequency high-speed motor fast cutting structure are adopted to ensure that the cutting section is flat and smooth.

05.Finishing device

Repair the upper and lower redundant parts of the edge banding belt of the processed plate, and adopt the structure of automatic follow-up of the profiling and high-frequency high-speed motor to ensure that the upper and lower parts of the edge trimming plate are flat and smooth.

06.Profiling tracking chamfer

The profiling tracking chamfering device can make the section of the plate smoother and make the plate look more atmospheric.

07.Edge scraping device

08.Polishing device

Clean the processed plate with a cotton polishing wheel to remove the excess glue, and make the edge sealing end smoother by polishing.

09.Roughing device

The rough trimming knife is a flat knife to prevent the wooden skin from breaking when sealing the thin skin. The rough trimming knife is used as the first flat knife process for PVC acrylic edge sealing, which can reduce the cutting rate and wear of the prop, and has a long service life. It is recommended to use rough trimming function for edge banding with a thickness of 1.2mm or more
