01. PLC intelligent control
The independent LCD screen can more clearly and comprehensively see the operation process of the machine,real-time monitoring, real-time adjustment and more accurate.
02.Adhesive tape
Apply glue by heating the glue pot and applying glue with imported scientific and technological structure,so that the glue plate and edge banding strip can be evenly applied, and the edge banding belt and plate can be pressed tightly through the pressing wheel to bond firmly.
03. End trimming device
The front and rear end trimming device adopts German Haomai structure, with fast trimming speed and accurate cutting.Taiwan silver guide rail is selected, which runs stably and accurately. Through the precise linear guide rail movement,the structure of automatic profiling tracking and fast cutting by high-frequency high-speed motor is adopted to ensure that the cutting section is flat and smooth.A trimming protection device is installed to avoid the damage of improper operation.
04. Rough trimming device
The rough trimming knife is a flat knife to prevent the wood skin from breaking when sealing thin skin.Rough trimming knife is used in the first flat knife process of PVC acrylic edge sealing,which can reduce the cutting rate and wear of props and have a long service life. For example,it is recommended to use the rough trimming function for sealing the edge cover above 1.2mm.
05. Fine trimming device
The linear bearing imported from Korea is adopted, and the structure of automatic tracking profiling wheel and high-speed motor are added. It is processed and formed at one time,and the error is as low as 0.02mm. 06. Rounding device

07. Edge scraping device

08. Vertical slotting device
It can be used for slotting the back plate and edge sealing of plates, which is more convenient for one-time completion.
09. Horizontal slotting device
It can be used for the direct slotting of wardrobe side plate and floor, and also for the slotting of aluminum wrapped edge of door plate, so as to reduce the process of panel saw or vertical milling machine。
10. Polishing device
Clean the processed plate with the face value polishing wheel, and make the edge sealing section more smooth through polishing.

01.Pre milling device

After scraping, the plate is scraped and trimmed again, and the effect is good.
05.Wire breaking device
Cut off the excess trimming chips and do not roll the excess trimming chips onto the polishing wheel.
06.Double guide rail trimming device
The trimming head adopts double guide rails and double motors work separately,which has high trimming efficiency and fast edge sealing speed.
07.Small plate feeding device
When sealing the narrow plate, the feeding device can be raised,so as to more accurately and conveniently seal the narrow plate.
08. Manual tool adjustment mode
The traditional handle adjustment is adopted, and the size of the eye counter is adjusted.For example, the 1.5mm edge banding strip can be directly rotated to the value 00015, which is convenient and fast.
09.Pneumatic leather clip adjustment mode
Without adjustment, the edge banding strip can be cut directly and clamped on the clamping piece above the function. There is no need to adjust manually.This method is pneumatic automatic identification, convenient and practical.
10.Selection and adjustment mode of
